Acai and Greek Yoghurt Chia Pudding


Acai and Greek Yoghurt Chia Pudding (Serves 1) Calories 314

P - 15g, C - 40g, F - 11g Ingredients 150mls unsweetened almond milk 2tbsp chia seeds 1 tbsp sugar free maple syrup 50g plain no fat Greek yoghurt (I used @chobaniau yoghurt) 20g low fat smooth ricotta 10g Acai powder Serve with: 1 cup berries, diced Coconut flakes Method 1. Combine almond milk, yoghurt, chia seeds, maple syrup and low fat ricotta in a bowl. Cover and leave soaking overnight. 2. In the morning halve the chia seed pudding into another bowl and add the Acai powder into one bowl of the bowls and mix throughly. 3. In a glass jar layer the Acai chia pudding at the bottom followed by the plain chia seed pudding. Continue doing the layers until all the mixture's are used up. 4. Top with mixed diced berries and a couple of coconut flakes. 5. #enjoy your #chiapudding
