Ingredients 250mls Unsweetened Almond milk 30g Protein Powder (I used @happywayauProtein - vanilla) 50g banana - frozen is better! 5g raw oven roasted almonds 1 tsp cinnamon
Method 1. Pop all ingredients into a blender and add lots of ice (depending on how thick you would like it) 2. Blend until all combined and becomes a smooth consistency.
