Banana Breakfast Mug Muffin (Serves 1) Calories 326

P - 25g, C - 49g, F - 4g, Ingredients 1/2 cup rolled oats 1/2 banana, mashed 60g liquid egg whites 1 tbsp protein powder Sprinkle of cinnamon Serve with: 1 tbsp Greek yoghurt Sugar free maple syrup Berries

Method 1. Mash the banana and place in a ceramic dish with oats, liquid egg whites and cinnamon and stir to combine.. 2. Microwave for 60 secs and then check to see if cooked. If still soft in the centre then pop it on again for another 20-40 secs to cook through. 3. Serve on a dish with a dollop of yoghurt and a berry. 4. Enjoy!
