Berry Parfait Dessert (Serves 1)
Ingredients 50g low fat ricotta 50g plain low fat Greek yoghurt 100g mixed berries
Method 1. Combine ricotta and yoghurt together in a bowl 2. Place berries into a microwave safe bowl and pop in microwave bowl for about 40secs. 3. Grab a parfait glass and layer yoghurt mixture and berries mixture until done. 4. Sprinkle with cacao nibs and coconut chips. 5. Enjoy!
