Chicken Protein Rice (Serves 1)
Ingredients 125g wholegrain basmati rice (I used Tilda's wholegrain rice ~ 90 secs in the microwave) 6 tbsp liquid egg whites 100g chicken mince 10g red onion, diced 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped Sprinkle of all purpose seasoning (from @physiquechef ), salt, pepper and garlic powder. Coconut oil spray
Method 1. Heat a fry pan over a medium heat and spray some coconut oil in pan. 2. Place red onion, chicken and parsley into the pan and sauté until cooked. 3. Cook rice as per packet and place into fry pan with the chicken. 4. Add in the egg whites into pan and continue sautéing until all cooked. 5. Add seasoning, salt, pepper and garlic powder. 6. Serve, enjoy and then workout!
