Choc Berry Pudding

Choc Berry Pudding (Serves 1) P - 29.2g, C - 28.4g, F - 6.4g

Ingredients 150g no fat Greek yoghurt 20g low fat ricotta 15g chocolate protein powder (I used @happywayau ) Sprinkle of cinnamon Serve with: 1 tsp raw peanut butter 1/2 cup mixed berries 1 tsp raw honey Sprinkle of more cinnamon Method 1. Combine the protein powder, yoghurt, ricotta and cinnamon in a bowl. 2. Top with berries, peanut butter, cinnamon and a drizzle of honey. 3. #enjoy
