Chocolate Mousse Parfait (Serves 1)


Mousse: 1/2 avocado 1/2 banana, frozen 1tsp coconut oil, melted 1tbsp maple syrup, sugar free 1tbsp cacao powder (Optional: add 1/2 scoop of chocolate protein powder) Middle: 1/2 cup mixed berries Bottom: 1/2 cup plain no fat greek yoghurt (I used @chobaniau yoghurt) Topping: Cacao nibs Coconut flakes

Method 1. In a blender place avocado, banana, coconut oil, maple syrup and cacao powder. Combine until all mixed together and until nice and smooth. 2. To prepare parfait, place yoghurt in the bottom of a serving glass, followed by the mixed berries and then the mousse on top. 3. Finish off with cacao nibs and coconut flakes on top. 4. #serve and #enjoyyourdessert
