Coconut Greens Overnight Oats (Serves 1) Calories 300

Ingredients 50g rolled oats 100mls filtered water 100g plain low fat Greek yoghurt 1 tsp @coconutgreens 1 tsp chia seeds 10mls sugar free maple syrup 1/2 cup blueberries Sprinkle of blueberry coconut chips from @knowrishwell

Method 1. Combine oats, water, chia seeds, maple syrup and coconut greens powder in a mason jar. 2. Pop the lid on and place in fridge overnight. 3. In the morning stir in the yoghurt and top with blueberries and coconut chips. 4. #enjoy
