Coffee Protein Ice Cream

Coffee Protein Ice Cream (Serves 1) Calories 259

P- 36.2g, C- 13.6g, F- 2.5g Ingredients 130 grams of liquid egg whites (from the carton) 30g Coffee flavoured protein powder (I used @happywayau - coffee (amazing flavour) 4g raw cacao 1/2 tsp organic vanilla essence Cinnamon - to your liking Serve with: 1/2 cup mixed berries Sprinkle of cacao nibs Method 1. Place egg whites in a mixing bowl and beat them into peaks using an electric beater/mixer. 2. Mix the protein powder with vanilla essence, cinnamon and cacao. 3. Gently fold in the protein powder mixture into the egg white mixture and stir together. 4. Place into an airtight container and place into the freezer. 5. Once frozen remove the ice cream from the freezer and defrost slightly. 6. Once defrosted use an ice cream scooper to serve the ice cream. 7. Serve with 1/2 cup of berries and even a sprinkle of cacao nibs on top. 8. Enjoy!
