Crunchy Chicken Tenders

Ingredients 500g chicken tenderloins 1/2 cup liquid egg whites 1 cup quinoa flakes Salt, pepper and garlic powder Coconut oil spray Serve with: Salsa (either homemade or pre-purchased)

Method 1. Preheat oven on Fan forced at 200 degrees and get a large oven tray and pop a piece of baking paper over the top. 2. Pour the egg whites into 1 bowl and in a separate bowl place the quinoa flakes, sprinkle of salt, pepper and garlic powder. Stir up.. 3. Then get your chicken pieces and one at a time dip the chicken into the egg whites and then coat with the quinoa flake mixture and then place on the oven tray. 4. Continue until all Chicken has been done then spray with coconut oil on one side of the chicken and then flip and spray on the other side.. 5. Place in oven for 20 mins. Then take out of oven and flip each piece of chicken to cook other side and place back in oven for another 15-20 mins. 6. Serve with salsa! Note: you can also do this same recipe using white fish too. #delicious
