Crunchy Kale Chips

Ingredients 1 bunch of fresh kale, roughly chopped up into big pieces Coconut spray oil Himalayan salt Garlic powder

Method 1. Preheat the oven at 180 degrees fan forced. 2. Cut up the kale and place on a baking tray. 3. Spray with coconut oil, sprinkle salt and garlic powder over the top. 4. Place in oven for only about 2-3 minutes- keep an eye on it. 5. Pull out and let the kale cool down until it is nice and crunchy!!!
