Greens Stir Fry with Chicken


Greens Stir Fry with Chicken (Serves 1)

Ingredients 100g diced chicken breast 120g green beans, sliced 80g bok choy, sliced 110g Zucchini, chopped 90g broccoli, chopped 1sp coconut oil 5mls @niulife organic coconut amino sauce 5mls sweet chilli sauce Salt and pepper

Method 1. Heat a pan over medium heat with the coconut oil. 2. Add chicken and cook for a couple of minutes. 3. Add all of the other veggies except the bok choy and fry until soft. 4. Add the bok choy and stir until wilted. Now add the coconut amino and sweet chilli sauces. 5. Serve with a @coconutgreens and coconut water refreshing drink, poured over a glass of ice..
