Healthy Shredded Chicken Nachos

Healthy Shredded Chicken Nachos (Serves 1)

Ingredients 1 mountain bread wrap Spray coconut oil 100g grilled shredded chicken 30g mashed avocado 180g kale coleslaw (from Coles) 1 tbsp low fat Greek yoghurt

Method 1. Cut the mountain bread into triangles and spray with oil 2. Bake in oven at 180 for approx 3-4 mins. Keep an eye on them. 3. Serve with coleslaw, avocado (mashed), chicken and yoghurt
