Merri's Blueberry Oatmeal


Merri's Blueberry Oatmeal (Serves 1) Calories 357

P - 15g, C - 52g, F - 10g,

Ingredients 70g banana, sliced 40g rolled oats 30g liquid egg whites 5g flaxseed 20g blueberries 5mls maple syrup (sugar free) Cinnamon Serve with: 50g low fat Greek yoghurt 5g @knowrishwell sea salt caramel coconut chips Strawberries

Method 1. Mash the banana with the oats and egg whites. 2. Add the maple syrup, cinnamon, flaxseed and blueberries and mix altogether until combined. 3. Microwave for about 90secs - 2mins (depending on the strength of your microwave) until cooked. 4. Mix and break up the oatmeal and place into a bowl and top with the yoghurt and caramel coconut chips (thanks to @knowrishwell ) 5. Garnish with a strawberry
