Merri's Chocolate Mousse

Merri's Chocolate Mousse (Serves 1) Calories 218

Ingredients 63g liquid Egg whites 15g @skinnyminiprotein powder - choco dream flavour 50g Greek yoghurt low fat, plain (I used @chobaniau ) 50g low fat smooth ricotta Serve with: 1/2 cup mixed berries 2g coconut flakes 1/2 tsp organic cacao nibs

Method 1. Place the egg whites in a clean bowl and beat until stiff. 2. Gently fold in the protein powder, followed by the yoghurt and lastly by the ricotta. 3. Keep mixing until light and fluffy (you can actually beat all the ingredients on a low speed to combine. This actually makes the mixture light and fluffy even more!) 4. Pop in fridge while you chop up your berries. 5. Place berries on top of mousse followed by coconut flakes and cacao nibs! 6. #tatesdelicious
