Merri's Coconut Greens Parfait

Merri's Coconut Greens Parfait (Serves 1) Calories 260

P - 12g, C - 25g, F - 12g, Ingredients 50g plain coconut yoghurt 100g plain low fat Greek yoghurt 30g blueberries 60g kiwi fruit, sliced 5g @coconutgreens powder 2g coconut chips

Method 1. In a small bowl combine @coconutgreens powder and coconut yoghurt together until all mixed. 2. Slice the kiwi fruit and then start to layer. 3. Start with 1/2 of the plain yoghurt, then 3/4 of the kiwi fruit, then all of the greens coconut yoghurt, 3/4 of the blueberries, then followed by the rest of the plain yoghurt!!! 4. Top with the rest of the kiwi fruit, blueberries and a sprinkle of coconut chips! 5. Serve with a cocktail umbrella 6. #enjoy
