Merri's Green Machine Smoothie (Serves 1) Calories 324
P - 29g, C - 36g, F - 8g Ingredients 125mls unsweetened almond milk 50g low fat Greek plain yoghurt 20g raw spinach leaves 30g avocado 1 small banana, chopped 1 tbsp protein powder (I used @healthlab coconut blend) 10g coconut greens powder (I used @coconutgreens ) Ice 1/2 cup- 1 cup Filtered water
Method 1. Pop everything into the blender and combine until smooth. 2. If it is too thick add a bit more water or leave and serve as a smoothie bowl and garnish with your favourite toppings! 3. Enjoy!
