Merri's Healthy Peanut Butter Cheesecake (Serves 1) Calories 229

Ingredients Base: 5g cacao 10mls sugar free maple syrup 1 tbsp coconut flour Centre: 150g plain no fat Greek yoghurt 1tsp peanut butter Top: Mixed berries Some of the left over base

Method 1. For the base mix the flour, maple syrup and cacao until combined. 2. Place at the bottom of a jar except for about 1 tbsp (leave that for sprinkling over the berries at end). 3. Combine the yoghurt and the peanut in a seperate bowl and place on top of the base. 3. Cut up the mixed berries and place on top of the yoghurt and scatter the remaining choc base over the top.
