Merri's Overnight Oats (Serves 1) Calories 398
P- 20g, C- 52g, F- 10g
Ingredients 40g rolled oats 20g low fat plain Greek yoghurt 1/3 cup almond milk 1 tbsp chia seeds 1 tsp vanilla essence 10g protein powder ( I used coconut powder from @healthlab ) 1 tsp lemon rind Serve with: 20g low fat plain Greek yoghurt 1/3 cup mixed berries Sprinkle of coconut chips and cacao nibs Method 1. The night before combine rolled oats, Greek yoghurt, almond milk, chia seeds, vanilla, protein powder and lemon rind in a jar, seal with a lid and place in fridge for the night. 2. In the morning stir up overnight oats and place in bowl with yoghurt, mixed berries, coconut and cacao nibs. 3. Enjoy!
