Ingredients 150g organic frozen berries 50mls unsweetened organic almond milk 20g protein powder (I used @happywayau vanilla flavour)

Method 1. Put frozen berries, almond milk and protein powder into a blender and combine until nice and smooth. 2. Place into a serving bowl and garnish with berries and a dollop of low fat ricotta.
