Ingredients 140g no fat plain Greek yogurt (I used @chobaniau ) 1 tsp crunchy peanut butter Sprinkle of cinnamon Top with: 1 cup strawberries, diced 50g low fat smooth ricotta 1/2 cup raspberries 30g pomegranates 6g cacao nibs

Method 1. Combine yoghurt, peanut butter and cinnamon and stir until combined. 2. Top with the ricotta, berries, pomegranates and cacao nibs. 3. #enjoyingdessert
