Pineapple and Mixed Berry Overnight Oats (Serves 1) Calories 474

P - 44g, C - 51g, F - 11g,

Ingredients 50g rolled oats 1/3 cup water 20g vanilla protein powder (I used @skinnyminiprotein Vanilla ice cream) 100g pineapple, dived 50g mixed berries 20g plain coconut yoghurt ( I used @coyo_is_coconuts )

Method 1. In a jar the night before place oats, water and protein powder and stir until all combined. Place lid on and pop in fridge. 2. In the morning stir up the oats and then layer with pineapple, oats, berries until all used up. 3. Finish with a dollop of coconut yoghurt. 4. #serve
