Protein Yoghurt with Tahini Maple Topping (Serves 1)
Ingredients 120g plain no fat Greek yoghurt 15g vanilla protein powder (I used @happywayau ~ vanilla) Topped with: 10g Tahini 15mls maple syrup, sugar free 50g strawberries, sliced 50g blueberries 2g cacao nibs
Method 1. Mix the Greek yoghurt with the vanilla protein powder and place in the bottom of a serving glass. 2. Top with the berries. 3. Mix the tahini and maple syrup in a small bowl and pour over the top of the berries. 4. Top with cacao nibs.
