Smashed Avocado and Tuna on Ryvita Biscuits (Serves 1) Calories 140

Ingredients 30g avocado, mashed 32g Tuna chunks (in spring water) - ie. 1/2 a small tin of tuna 10g cherry tomatoes, diced 3 ryvita biscuits Salt, pepper, garlic powder and fresh basil.
Method 1. Mash avocado, dice tomatoes and add in tuna. Combine altogether... 2. Add salt, pepper and garlic powder to mixture.
3. Spread mixture onto 3 ryvita biscuits and garnish with fresh basil.
4. Pop the kettle on and have with a cup of herbal tea!!
