Ingredients 85g premixed kale coleslaw 75g can spring water tuna 1 x boiled egg 20g slivered almonds Lemon to serve

Method 1. Place the coleslaw in a bowl 2. Hard boil an egg in boiling water for 3-4mins. 3. Once cool, peel and dice the egg up 4. Sprinkle almonds on top 5. Squeeze lemon, salt and pepper over the top
