Banana and coffee thickshake (serves 1)
P - 22g, C - 21g, F - 10g
80g banana, frozen
25g coffee protein powder
150mls iced arabica coffee almond milk
10g peanut butter
5mls maple syrup
2.5mls vanilla essence
Ice (as much as you like)
1. Place banana, protein powder, milk, peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla essence and ice into a blender and blitz until nice and smooth.
2. Pour into a glass and serve.
