Ingredients

80g banana, frozen

15g vanilla protein powder

10g peanut butter

250mls water

Ice (as much as like)

Method

1. Place banana, vanilla protein powder, water and ice into a blender and blitz until nice and smooth.

2. Tip into a glass and serve.
