Choc Coconana Smoothie (serves 1)
P - 25g, C - 32g, F - 10g
150mls coconut milk
25g chocoate protein powder
80g banana, frozen
12g sugar free hot chocolate drinking chocolate
1/2 tbsp peanut butter
Ice (as much as you like)
1. Place the coconut milk, water, protein powder, banana, drinking chocolate, peanut butter and ice in a blender and blitz until nice and smooth.
2. Pour into a glass and serve.
