Vanilla & Cinnamon Smoothie (serves 1)
P - 20g, C - 32g, F -4g
90g banana, frozen
10g rice malt syrup
25g vanilla protein powder
5g almond meal
Ice (as much as you like)
1. Place banana, rice malt syrup, protein powder, almond meal, cinnamon, water and ice into the blender and blitz until nice and smooth.
2. Serve in a glass and sprinkle with cinnamon over the top.
