Choc Chia Overnight Oats with Mixed Berries (serves 1)
P - 34g, C - 30g, F - 12g
40g rolled oats
5g chia seeds
15g chocolate protein powder
150g plain greek yoghurt
30g strawberries, sliced
1tsp peanut butter
1. The night before place the oats, chia seeds and protein powder into an airtight jar with a about 50mls of water and stir until all combined. Seal with a lid and place in the fridge.
2. In the morning, stir up and oat mixture and add 50g of the yoghurt into the oat mixture and stir to combine.
3. To construct; place half of the oat mixture in the bottom of a jar, followed the sliced strawberries, then half of the remaining yoghurt, then the rest of the oat mixture, then the rest of the yoghurt.
4. Top with blueberries and then the peanut butter.
