Banana and Mixed Berry Smoothie Bowl (serves 1) Calories 405 P - 28g, C - 43g, F - 12g

Ingredients 100mls almond milk 30g vanilla protein powder 30g rolled oats 1tsp beauty berries (mine is from http://cleanandgreenwholefoods.com/) 15g fresh baby spinach 30g strawberries, frozen 20g blueberries, frozen 70g banana, frozen 20g avocado Ice (if you want to make it thicker) Top with: 2g cacao nibs 2g shredded coconut

Method 1. In a blender combine almond milk, protein powder, rolled oats, beauty berries, fresh baby spinach, strawberries, blueberries, banana, avocado, ice and blitz until all combined and nice and thick/creamy/smooth. 2. Pour into a bowl and top with cacao nibs and shredded coconut.
