Double Choc Chia Protein Pudding (Serves 1)
P - 18g, C - 17g, F - 7g
25g Chocolate protein powder
15g black chia seeds
6g sugar free drinking chocolate
5g raw honey
30g greek plain yoghurt
30mls almond milk
1. Combine the protein powder, black chia seeds, drinking chocolate, honey, greek yoghurt and almond milk in a bowl and place it in the fridge for a least an hour or even longer. The longer the better.
2. To serve place the pudding into a nice serving bowl and top with fresh raspberries.
