Ingredients

30g organic corn cake thins (usually 4 corn cakes)

30g avocado, mashed

40g swiss light cheese

120g Roast turkey breast

20g baby spinach

10g cranberry sauce

Method

1. Place the avocado on top of the corn cakes, followed by the baby spinach, swiss cheese, then the turkey and lastly top with a dollop the cranberry sauce.
