100g banana, frozen
25g chocolate protein powder
40g rolled oats
2g chocolate and cinnamon scroll dust (can be purchased from the preferred supplier page)
100mls coconut water
Ice
Top with:
5g granola
3g crushed peanuts
2g cacao nibs
Method
1. Place the banana, protein powder, rolled oats, scroll dust, coconut water and ice into a blender and blitz until nice and smooth and creamy.
2. Top with granola, crushed peanuts and cacao nibs
