Chocolate, Mango and Banana Nice-Cream (Serves 1)
P - 22g, C - 51g, F - 4g
25g Vanilla protein powder
120g mango, frozen
70g banana, frozen
15g rolled oats
6g Sugar free drinking chocolate powder
Lots of ice
1 tsp coconut syrup
1. Pop the protein powder, mango, banana, rolled oats, drinking chocolate, water and ice into a blender and blitz until nice and smooth and creamy.
2. Pour into a serving bowl and top with your desired toppings (I used coconut syrup and chocolate cluster buckinis).
