Apple Pie Smoothie

Apple Pie Smoothie (serves 1) Calories 341 P - 29g, C - 34g, F - 8g

Ingredients 140g diced apple (peel removed) 25g vanilla protein powder 25g rolled oats 250mls almond milk 1/2 tsp cinnamon 5g Macro Mike pumpkin spice PB or normal peanut butter Ice

Method 1. Place everything into the blender and blitz until nice and smooth. 2. Pour into a glass and top with cinnamon.
