Ham and Pineapple Quesadilla (Serves 1)
P - 23g, C - 28g, F 7g
1 MEB foods fresh dark rye wrap
60g sliced ham
45g pineapple pieces, sliced
20g baby spinach
30g swiss light cheese slices
5g red onion, diced
1. Place in the middle of the wrap, the sliced ham, pineapple, cheese, red onion and baby spinach.
2. Turn on your sandwich press and fold the wrap in half.
3. Place the wrap into your sandwich press and toast until nice and crunchy.
4. Cut in half and serve.
