20g Freedom Foods XO Crunch

40g Rolled Oats

20g Chocolate Protein Powder (I used Happy Way - Chocolate - see preferred supply page for your discount code to purchase)

30g Rasberries

50g Strawberries

60g YoPro Vanilla Yoghurt


1. The night before, make the overnight oats by combining oats, protein powder and about 50mls of water into an airtight container and seal with a lid and place into the fridge.

2. In the morning add 30g the of the yoghurt into overnight oats and stir through. Place the oats into a bowl with the XO Crunch, remainder of the yoghurt and top with raspberries and strawberries.
