Healthy Chocolate Mousse (serves 1)

180g Plain greek yoghurt

20g sugar free hot chocolate drinking powder

5mls maple syrup sugar free

Top with:

30g raspberries

5g crushed peanuts



1. In a small bowl combine the greek yoghurt, hot chocolate powder and maple syrup until completely combined.

2. In a jar layer the dessert starting with half of the chocolate mousse at the bottom, followed by half of the raspberries and then repeat the layers again.

3. Finish with the crushed nuts on top and a strawberries to garnish.
