Ingredients 63g liquid egg whites 50g light cottage cheese 3 brown rice cakes 10g vanilla protein powder 10g Macro Mike salted caramel peanut butter 2g Physique Chef chocolate & Cinnamon Scroll Dust Extra virgin olive oil spray

Method 1. In a small bowl whisk egg whites, protein powder and light cottage cheese. 2. Heat a fry pan over a medium heat and spray with olive oil, pour the egg white mixture into the pan and cook on one side and then flip and cook on the other side. Turn off the fry pan and leave in pan to keep warm. 3. Prepare the peanut butter as per the instructions on the jar and then spread over the rice cakes. 4. Remove the cooked egg whites and cut into thirds and place each piece on top of the rice cakes. 5. Sprinkle the scroll dust and maple syrup over the top. 6. Place the rice cakes onto a serving plate.
