Vanilla Protein Bircher Muesli (Serves 1)
P - 34g, C - 38g, F - 12g
30g Rolled oats
20g Maxine's Burn Vanilla Ice Cream Protein Powder
10g Craisins (50% less sugar)
2g Pumpkin seeds
2g Chia seeds
2g Hemp seeds
2g Shredded Coconut
1/2 tsp cinnamon
100g Vanilla Yoghurt (Chobani Fit or YoPro)
50g Apple, diced
2g Cacao nibs
5g Almond Butter
1. The night before place the rolled oats, protein powder, linseeds, craisins, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, hemp seeds, shredded coconut, cinnamon, yoghurt and water into a mason jar.
2. Stir all ingredients until they are combined.
3. Seal with a lid and place in the fridge.
4. In the morning mix the ingredients up and place into a serving bowl.
5. Top with the apple, cacao nibs and almond butter.
6. Serve and enjoy!
