Peanut Butter Espresso Smoothie Bowl (serves 1)

Ingredients:

80g banana (frozen)

20g @maxinesburn Vanilla ice cream protein powder

30g espresso coffee shot

2g xanthan gum (optional; this makes the smoothie bowl go nice & thick)

1/4 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp vanilla essence

3g pure honey

150mls almond milk

Ice

Top with:

10g organic peanut butter

Cacao nibs & protein nuggets

Method:

1. Place all ingredients into a blender and blitz until nice and creamy.

2. Place ingredients into a smoothie bowl and top with PB, cacao nibs & protein nuggets.
