Ingredients: 40g rolled oats 110g pear, diced 12g dates, diced 60g zucchini, grated 2g chia seeds Cinnamon 100mls water Pink Himalayan rock salt 20g @maxinesburn vanilla ice cream protein powder

Salted Caramel Sauce: 10g tahini 5mls maple syrup 20mls water cinnamon


1. In a saucepan (over a medium heat), place the oats, zucchini, half of the diced pears, dates, chia seeds, cinnamon and water. 2. Continuously stir the oats until they become soft. Remove from heat and let cool for about 1 minute. 3. Stir in the protein powder until well combined. 4. To make the sauce place the tahini, maple syrup, water and cinnamon in a small bowl and whisk until it becomes a smooth consistency. 5. Place the cooked porridge into a serving bowl and top with the remaining diced pear and drizzle the salted caramel sauce over the top. 6. Serve
