Apple and Sultana French Toast Mug Cake

Ingredients: 53g Buttercup Country Split Wholemeal Bread 80g apple pie fruit slices (Woolworths brand) 120g @pureggandlifeplus egg whites 60mls vanilla unsweetened almond milk 6g sultanas 3g baking powder stevia/cinnamon 10g @macr0mike salted caramel peanut butter 5mls sugar free maple syrup Method: 1. Dice the bread and apples into small bite size pieces and place into a ramekin.

2. In a bowl mix the egg whites, almond milk, sultanas, baking powder, cinnamon and stevia until combined.

3. Pour the mixture over the bread and apples.

4. Place the ramekin into the microwave for approx 60-120 secs or until cooked.

5. Remove from the microwave and top with peanut butter and maple syrup.
