Apple and Sultana Zoats topped with a White Chocolate Yoghurt and @macr0mike PB

Serves 1 Calories 366 P - 23g, C - 58g, F - 4g Ingredients: 50g rolled oats 60g @pureggandlifeplus egg whites 80g zucchini (grated) 60g apple (diced into really small pieces) 9.5g sultana's 2.5g baking powder Cinnamon Stevia 60g vanilla yoghurt 6g Milky Bar Hot Chocolate Drinking Powder 8.5g @macr0mike PB Method: 1️. Place the oats in a saucepan with the egg whites, zucchini, 1/2 of the apple (diced), 1/2 of the sultana's, baking powder, cinnamon, stevia and about 2/3 cup of water.

2️. Over a medium heat continuously whisk the mixture until it becomes nice and creamy.

3️. Once cooked, place the oats into a bowl.

4️. Mix the yoghurt and the white choc drinking powder together in a small bowl until combined.

5️. Prepare the @macr0mike PB (as per the directions) in another small bowl.

6️. Dollop the white choc yoghurt and PB over the top of the oats and swirl both together.

7️. Top with the remaining apples and sultanas.

8️. Serve and enjoy!
