Apple fritter

Serves 1

Calories 300 C - 30g, P - 19g, F - 10g


Ingredients: 100g stewed apples 40g liquid egg whites 10g self-raising flour 15g @maxinesburn choc honeycomb 2g baking powder Cinnamon and stevia to taste

5g nuttalex butter


Top with: 50g stewed apples 20g coconut yoghurt 10g smooth peanut butter 3g maple syrup Stevia


Method:

1. Firstly, I stewed the peeled and diced apples in boiling water with cinnamon and stevia until they became nice and soft. 2. Combine the apple, egg whites, flour, protein powder, baking powder, stevia and cinnamon in a small bowl. 3. Preheat a fry pan over high heat with the butter. 4. Pour the ingredients into the fry pan. Cook on one side until it bubbles. Flip and cook on the other side. 5. Once cooked place on a serving plate and top with coconut yoghurt, stewed apple, peanut butter and maple syrup. 6. Serve and enjoy!
