Banana Porridge (serves 1) Calories 377 P - 16, C - 52g, F - 10g
Ingredients: 40g quick oats (gluten free) 1/2 tsp cinnamon Salt 50mls vanilla almond milk (unsweetened) 60g banana (mashed)
Top with: 2g chia seeds 50g blueberries 10g peanut butter 65g vanilla yoghurt (YoPro - lactose free) 5g pure maple syrup
1. In a microwavable bowl place to oats, cinnamon, salt, almond milk (add some water if too dry) and banana. 2. Place into the microwave for 60 secs or until cook through. 3. Top with chia seeds, blueberries, peanut butter, yoghurt and a drizzle of maple syrup. 4. Serve and enjoy!
