Biscoff Apple Crumble

Serves 1

Calories 226 P - 5g, C - 27g, F - 10g Ingredients: 1 x Stand n Stuff Taco Boat (24g) 125g apple slices pie fruit (Woolworths) 10g quick oats 5g wholemeal self raising flour 1/2tsp cinnamon 5g light butter 10g stevia 5g shredded coconut 4g biscoff lotus biscuit, crushed up Method: 1️. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees on fan forced.

2️. Place the apple pie slices into the taco boat evenly and sprinkle with cinnamon and a little stevia.

3️. Place the oats, self-raising flour, cinnamon, butter, stevia, coconut and lotus biscuit into a small bowl with a little bit of water.

4️. Rub the ingredients together to form a crumble using your fingers.

5️. Once the crumble has formed place it on top of the apples.

6️. To cook, either place the apple crumble into the oven for approx 5 minutes or pop it into your air fryer for approx 3-5 minutes on 200 degrees and cook until your crumble is brown and the taco boat is crunchy.

7️. Serve on a plate with your favourite ice cream/low fat custard/low fat cream/yoghurt/sugar free topping or maple syrup.
