Caramel Coffee Protein Fluff

Ingredients
120mls almond milk
75g banana (frozen)
1/2 tsp cinnamon
15g @maxinesburn plant based protein powder (vanilla)
3g caramel coffee (Moccona)
5g Maca Powder
2g Xanthan Gum
Top with:
10mls sugar free caramel topping (Nativa brand from Woolworths)
Method:
1️⃣. Place all the ingredients into a blender with as much ice as you like.
2️⃣. Blitz until nice and creamy (like ice cream).
3️⃣. Scoop out and place into a bowl (I used my @coconutgreens bowl)
4️⃣. Drizzle the caramel topping over the top and serve.
