Cheats Apple Pie

Ingredients

150g apple slices (Woolworths) (tin)

26g tart shell (Coles)

15g light whipped cream

15g lemon curd

2g sugar free drinking chocolate powder


Method:

1️. Heat the apple slices in the microwave for about 40 secs.

2️. Place the apple slices into a bowl.

3️. Crush up a tart shell and sprinkle over the apple slices.

4️. Dollop the lemon curd over the top.

5️. Top with the whipped cream and a sprinkle of drinking chocolate.
